Responsibilities:

• Gather and review information on various projects.
• Give quotes to clients on a daily basis.
• Collect data such as drawings, blueprints, and specifications on the job site.
• Answer customer questions concerning the estimated cost and time required to complete the project.
• Communicate with vendors; prepare and submit orders for supplies and equipment used on projects.
• Calculate final prices of projects based on customer requirements
• Attend site meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and obtain measurements.
• Produce estimates and submit proposals to clients.

Job Requirements

• Driving Licence
• DBS (obtained by the Company)
• Ability to work at heights
• Roofing Industry experience not essential but an advantage
• Estimating not essential but an advantage
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
